This meal doesn't look like much, but it's delicious and filling...even my picky boyfriend likes it! Its also a very fast, inexpensive meal that you can change to suit your tastes...add whatever seasonings you like (I love garlic pepper!) A great meal for poor college students :-)Start with a large skillet, at least 8 inches.Brown ground turkey in the pan (med-high heat)When the turkey is completely cooked add the bag of frozen veggies, no thawing required. Mix well with turkey. Turn down heat slightly.Cover and cook for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionallyWhen vegetables are done, add the can of cream of mushroom soup, mix well.
