Brown ground turkey in large skillet. Drain excess grease. Add worcestershire sauce and dried minced onion. Allow to heat through. Add drained peas, drained water chestnuts, two cans of mushroom sauce. Mix in water to help thin to consistency of a nice sauce. Heat thoroughly. Add salt & pepper to taste.
