1 8 oz. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. onion, diced
19.2 oz. pkg. lean ground turkey
1 1/2c. cooked brown rice
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
3 T. French's worcestershire sauce
8 Medium Bell Peppers
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper

Here is how you make Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers with Mushrooms:

Cook rice according to directions. In a seperate medium sized pot, cook mushrooms, onion, and turkey over medium heat until meat is cooked through and onions are translucent. While meat is cooking, prepare peppers by washing, removing tops, and removing seeds. When meat is cooked through, add crushed garlic, stir. Then add 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce, worchestershire sauce, and seasonings. Add rice to meat mixture. In a 9x13 pan, pour other 8 oz. can of tomato sauce. Place peppers in pan and fill with meat mixture. Cover peppers and bake in 375 degree oven for 30-45 minutes until peppers reach desired tenderness. Serving Size:?Makes 8 servings
