2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In large bowl, combine ground turkey and next 8 ingredients, along with 2 tbsp. ketchup. Using hands, combine all ingredients thoroughly.In a separate, small bowl, combine 1/3 c. ketchup, 2 tbsp. yellow mustard, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, and 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar.Spray 10 cups of a 12-cup muffin pan. Divide turkey mixture evenly between the 10 cups.
