1 can black beans drained and rinsed

1/2 cup chili powder
1/2 tsp course ground black pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground red cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp savory
1/2 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 large jalepeno pepper chopped finely
