2 medium raw Scallions (4-1/8" long)
10 jumbo black olives (minced)
2 cloves of garlic (minced) 2 Tbsp
3 tsp Lea and Perrins Worchestershire Sauce
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Salsa 4 tbsp (4 servings)


How Do I Make Veggie Turkey Burgers?

Here is how you make Veggie Turkey Burgers:

Cut up the scallions and olives into tiny pieces and put them in a large bowl. Combine 3 tsp's of worchestershire sauce and 2 tbsp's of minced garlic with the scallions and olives. Put the ground turkey in with the other ingredients and mix so all the ingredients are mixed together with the turkey meat. Put 2 tsp's of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and turn on medium heat. Form 4 burgers with the turkey meat mixture and put in the frying pan until the burger is cooked all the way through.
