Fresh spinach - 2 cups coarsely chopped
Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
Garlic, 3 cloves-crushed or chopped
Dried Basil or Italian Seasoning, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp or to taste
Pepper, black, 1 tsp - or to taste

Heat oil in heavy skillet, add onions and bell pepper - cook until softened; add garlic and mushrooms and cook a bit long until mushrooms begin to soften. Add ground turkey and cook until meat loses all pinkness. Add remaining ingredients, including pasta, and mix thoroughly. Reduce heat to simmer and cover.
