Here is how you make Vegetable Korma:

Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add onions and carrot. When onion begins to wilt, add jalapeno and garlic. Cook until garlic begins to brown. Add stewing tomatoes with liquid and spices. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Just prior to serving, stir in the yogurt until smooth. Serve over rice (not included in calculation).Makes 5 3/4 cup servings.
