Chop cabbage and put in a pot w/ chicken broth and cans of tomotoes, garlic & seasonings, heat for a bitAdd onions, green pepper, green onions - cook over medium high heat til the cabbage looks semi-wilted and onion/green pepper begin to soften, appr. 5 minutesAdd mushrooms and zucchini and turn on low for 5 minutesMakes 5 one and half to two-cup servingsI will reheat the two-cup servings w/ a single serving of cottage cheese, chicken or beans (not included in the calories given) over the top.
