The ingredients for Tuna Pasta Sauce are:

1 medium onion, fine chopped
1 tbsp extra light virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
handful snap green beans
1 medium carrot, finely grated
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 can of tuna in sunflower oil
4 or 5 dashes of worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of fresh parsley

Here is how you make Tuna Pasta Sauce:

Finely chop onion. Let simmer in the olive oil. Add minced garlic. While it is simmering, cut snap green beans into 1/2 inch strips. Add to pot. Grate a medium carrot in a food processor. Add to the pot. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes to the vegetable mix. Then drain a can of tuna. Add to the mix. Add 4 or 5 dashes of worcestershire sauce, to taste. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Add a pinch of fresh parsley and serve with any kind of pasta. I like to serve it with pasta.
