Here is how you make Shrimp w/Roasted Red Pepper Sauce:

Boil water and cook pasta. In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients except shrimp and pasta. Pour into large frying pan. Cook over medium heat stirring often until heated through. Add the shrimp and heat 2-3 minutes stiring occasionally. Serve over cooked pasta.
