Reconstitute TVP by pouring 1 Cup of boiling water.In a large pot, saute peppers, onion, garlic and mushrooms until tender, add ragu sauce and tvp and simmer.About the time I put the sauce & TVP in I start boiling my water for pasta, then when the pasta is done, I top with the simmered sauce.I feed this to some fussy eaters and they haven't realized it's TVP yet.
