Cook Pasta according to package directions, drain and keep in a bowls of cold water to avoid sticking.Season squash puree with salt, pepper and ground sage, mix well.Mix together Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan and egg.Spray a baking pan with olive oil. Layer three Lasagne Noodles over bottem. Spread with half of the Squash mixture. Add three more Lasagne noodles. Spread half of the cheese mix onto these. Repeat with more layers, last layer will be cheese.Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes at 350 Deg.
