1 10 oz. bag fresh spinach

Here is how you make Chicken Florentine Soup:

Season chicken breasts with Herb chicken seasoning and place in a large frying pan. Brown both sides and cook until juices run clear. Remove from pan and cut into bite size pieces then return to pan. Add tomatoes, rice, and chicken broth. Season with Italian Seasoning and any other spices you may like. Simmer for 15 minutes, add spinach, cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
