1 lb 93% lean ground beef
Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste
2 zucchinis sliced thinly
8 oz part skim ricotta
4 oz shredded part skim mozzarell

Here is how you make Easy Healthier Lasagne:

Brown ground beef (or turkey) in pan on stove with italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste.Preheat the oven to 350Add a little of the juice from one can of tomatoes to the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Take three noodles and spread ricotta on one side of each and layer across the bottom of the pan, ricotta up. Add half of the cooked ground beef, half of the slices of zucchini and rest of can of tomatoes. Add three more noodles, spread with ricotta on both sides. Then the rest of the meat, zucchini and another can of tomatoes. Add one more set of three noodles, this time with ricotta down. Pour the last can of tomatoes over the top and sprinkle mozzarella over the top. Cover with foil (spray with pam to keep from sticking to the cheese). Bake for 50-60 minutes.
