Put veggies in crock pot and brown ground bison. Drain grease and add to crock pot. Pour pasta sauce, diced tomatoes and water into crock pot and stir well. Add sugar, Italian seasoning, and salt to taste. Cook on high for 4-6 hours, then on low until ready to serve. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta. Can be made without bison for vegetarian meal.
