1 pkg Old El Paso Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
8 oz. Doritos Nacho Cheese Chips, lite, crushed
1- 10 oz can Campbells Nacho Cheese soup
8 oz. low fat mozzarella cheese
Lettuce, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Onions, chopped
Black Olives, chopped
Reduced Fat Sour Cream
Old El Paso Taco Sauce



How Do I Make Taco Casserole?

Here is how you make Taco Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush Doritos and place on bottom of 13x9 pan. Brown, drain and season 1.3 pounds of hamburger. Mix 1 pkg taco seasoning with hamburger, prepared according to package directions with 2/3 cup water. Cook per package, then spoon hamburger over crushed Doritos. In saucepan, heat Nacho Cheese soup mixed with 1/4 cup water. Spoon over hamburger. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over soup. Bake for 15 minutes. Cut into individual pieces. While casserole is baking, chop up toppings and place in bowls.
