Heat pan with oil spray and pat out ground turkey into a length wise patty (imagine a sausage length), season with salt and pepper and place in pan. In another pan, sautee onions and mushrooms in oil spray. Once those are done, heat your tortilla and spread with mayo and place the cheese in tortilla.
