Discard stem and seeds.Place pepper pieces on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until peppers are slightly soft and edges look cooked.Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix tomato sauce with sweentener. Season to taste with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir in mushrooms, onions and jalapeno.Once peppers are done, remove from the oven and set aside. DO NOT TURN OFF OVEN.
