Place eggs, milk, salt & pepper into a bowl with lid and shake. Then add flour, cheese and bacon (chopped) shake again. Pour into a quiche dish or oblong tin and bake 1/2 to 3/4 hour at 180 deg. celcius. If liked you can add a chopped onion, asparagus, chopped parsley.
