1 refrigerator pie crust
2 cups crab meat or imitation crab meat
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup half and half cream
1 tbsp flour
3 eggs


How Do I Make Crab Quiche?

Here is how you make Crab Quiche:

Place pie crust in glass pie plate. Cover with double layer of foil and bake at 375 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes. Meanwhile get egg mixture ready. In blender, combine sour cream, half and half, eggs and flour .Blend until there are no lumps. When pie crust is done baking place crab, onion and in bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Pour egg mixture over crab and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
