Here is how you make Black Beans and Rice:

Makes 4 servings (about 3/4 cup per serving)Combine all ingredients except sour cream in 1 quart microwave-safe dish. Microwave 4-5 minutes on HIGH or until heated through. Stir in sour cream.To make two single servings, evenly divide mixture into two microwave-safe dishes and microwave on HIGH about 2 minutes or till heated through. Stir in 1 Tbsp sour cream after heating.
