How Do I Make Mary's Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Mary's Fried Rice:

Heat a non stick skillet on med-high heat. When hot spray with pam and add your sesame oil. Add the rice and stir to heat. Add veggies and stir to heat again. Add soy sauce and continue stirring(frying). When heated for a few minutes spread the rice and veg to sides of pan. In the empty center spray again with pam. Add your stirred eggs with the salt and pepper in it and scramble by stirring while they cook. As you stir you will start to incorporate the rice and veggies. When heated through taste for seasoning. Eat right away. You could lower the calories more by only using egg whites or omiting the sesame oil but they are great for the flavor.
