Here is how you make Pineapple and Ham Fried Rice:

Saute onions in olive oil, gradually add ham, pineapple and lastly scallions. Add the sesame ginger marinade and let it all simmer for 2-3 minutes. Set the contents of the frying pan aside. Heat up the rice on that same frying pan. Once the rice is all separated and quite warm pour one well beaten egg over it and scramble it with rice until thoroughly cooked.
