Here is how you make April's Spinach Quiche:

Crack eggs in large bowl, add milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and wisk well. Set aside. Squeeze out excess moisture from steamed or frozen (thawed) spinach, add to egg mixture. Add shredded cheese, and onions. Stir and pour into prepared pie crust. (thawed, if it was a frozen one) Bake at 350 for 30-45 min. Start with 30 min., and check with a knife or toothpick, if comes out clean it is done.
