Spray skillet with nonstick spray and saut? vegetables and garlic for about 3 minutes to soften them up and release the liquids. Spray a 9 inch pie plate and using a slotted spoon, spoon the vegetables in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables. In a large bowl beat the eggs and egg whites with one cup of skim milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and cheese.
