Here is how you make Mediterranean Spaghetti Squash:

Cook spaghetti squash until slightly soft. Cool until you can handle. In the meantime, brown the ground turkey; drain. In a large pan or bowl, combine peppers, tomatoes, sandwich spread and cheese with turkey. Scrape spaghetti squash out of shell and add to turkey mixture. Mix well.
