Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Boil the chicken and onion together in 4 cups of water. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the water and shred. Add the flour to the cold water and whisk then slowly add to the water and onion mixture, stirring to blend. Once the mixture is thick, add the cream of mushroom soup.In a separate bowl, add the chicken and salsa together. then add to the cream of mushroom mixture.Add the chicken mixture to the glass pan.
