2 cups of shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 c. chopped peppers (green and/or red)
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. fat free ranch salad dressing
1 c. shredded low fat mexican blend or cheddar (1/2 c. would probably be OK too)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
8 small or 6 large whole wheat tortillas

Mix everything together. Put 1/8th of the mixture in a tortilla and roll it up.Grease a large rectangular baking dish (like a lasagna pan) and put the wraps in it. Spray with some cooking spray.Bake at 385 for about 15 mins. Serve with salsa.You can grill these too, if you fold them all up into pouches instead of just rolling up.
