In zip lock bag toss the chicken breasts with the taco seasoning. Place on pre-heated oven safe skillet. Cook one side for 3-4 minutes, flip and put pan into pre-heated 350 oven, cook till done (10-15 min).In LARGE deep sided skillet add water and rice, cook till rice is done. Add salsa, peas, & tomatos. Cube cooked chicken and add to rice mixture.
