5-6 tilapia filets, melt smart balance, mix with juice of one lime juice, chili powder ( I don't measure anything I'd say 2-3 table spoons of the chili powder) salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 min. when done put together on the flour tortilla like you would a taco, along with the veggies. I apologize if directions aren't the best. when I cook i don't really measure. but these are so good I had to put them out here!
