1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/8 tsp ground coriander
1/8 tsp ground cumin
6 (8 in) whole wheat tortillas

Here is how you make Coach Jen's Turkey Enchiladas:

In a large skillet, saute onion in oil until tender; remove from heat. Stir in the turkey, 1/2 cup cheese and chilies; set aside. In a saucepan, combine the sour cream, soup, coriander and cumin. Stir over low heat until warm, then stir in 1/2 cup of the turkey mixture.Spoon about 1/3 cup turkey filling down the center of each tortilla; roll up tightly. Place seam side down in a greased 13x9x2-in baking dish. Spoon remaining soup mixture over the tortillas and sprink with remaining cheese.Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
