Tyson Thick Cut Sliced Bacon, 2 slices
Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Garlic, 1 clove
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced and halfed
Egg, fresh, 4 large
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Milk, 2%, .25 cup
Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese, .33 cup


How Do I Make Veggie Frittata?

Here is how you make Veggie Frittata:

Set oven to Broil. Fry bacon until crisp. Set aside on paper towels to drain and cool. Heat olive oil in a medium oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic to oil and saute for 2 minutes. Add zucchini and saute for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper. Slowly stir into veggies. Crumble bacon and add to pan. Stir egg mixture gently, pulling cooked egg to center and letting uncooked egg run to outer edges to cook. Once eggs are soft set sprinkle with cheese.
