1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 strips of bacon
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic (2 cloves)

1. Boil water & add pasta, stir, and let cook 8 minutes or until al dente.2. While that cooks, combine spinach, basil and parm cheese in serving dish.3. Cook bacon, remove & chop. Add to spinach mix.4. Drain off some or all of the grease. In that same pan heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic. 5. When onions are translucent, add to the spinach mix and stir to wilt the spinach. Add drained pasta and chicken.6. Toss and serve warm or cold.
