Heat large skillet med-HI, add 1 T olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 c kernals, 1 chopped red bel pepper. cook until corn is thawed stirring often. Add 1 can black beans, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1/2 c pineapple, 3 T chili powder. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Meanwhile, add cooked chopped chicken to medium pan, pour in bottle of jerk sauce. Cook white or brown rice according to package. Serve: 1 cup cooked rice on serving dish, 1/6 pan of veggies. 1/6 pan of chicken and sauce.
