Warm the pita bread in either the microwave for 1 minute or a toaster oven set at 400 for about 2 minutes. Mix the sour cream, dill, cilantro, salt and pepper. Slice the cucumber very thinly. Spread the sour cream mixture over the pita, cover the sour cream with the cucumber slices, then add the chicken -it works best if you warm the chicken, but it's good with cold chicken as well.
