Here is how you make Mediterranean Couscous:

Boil 2 Cups of water. Put the couscous in the water, cover and remove from heat. Let sit ten minutes and then fluff with a fork.Chop all of the vegetables and combine in a large bowl. Chop the cilantro and mince the garlic. Combine all of the ingredients and refrigerate. Top with feta cheese beforing serving. Note: The feta cheese was not inlcuded in the calorie calculation.
