Makes 2 sandwiches.In small bowl or measuring cup, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Be sure to break the yolks. Set aside.In a small skillet, pour in oil (enough to coat the bottom). Heat oil, then add onions. Sauté onions until browned. Add jalapeños (if using sliced, then use spatula to cut jalapeños into smaller sections).Pour in the egg mixture.
