Eat alone or on your favorite bread. This is made with left over boneless/skinless turkey breast. For the turkey and pickle I shreaded both in my mini chopper. The mayo is a bit much but the shreaded turkey turned into a lot of dry turkey( 2.5 C.). I also used enough of the pickle for taste(2 TBLSP).This is calculated on a 1/2 c. of spread for a sandwich. It's more than you think for spreading.
