1/2 cup sugar ( I use dark agave nectar)
1 banana mashed
1/2 cup applesauce
1 apple shredded
1 small lunch bag size box of crasins
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1tbl. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbl. vanilla extract

Preheat oven 375Combine all the dry ingredients, except sugar, butter and spices give them a good stirAdd to dry 1 small box of crasins & 1 finely shredded apple, give a good stirWhip the the eggs, egg whites, banana, liquid milk, applesauce, sugar, vanilla & spices Side Note: I melt 2 heaping tablespoons of coconut oil at this point to add laterPour Egg mixture over the dry ingredients and give the dough a good stir.Add the melted butter or oil of choice to the dough and mix well.Let stand at least 5 min to allow the dry cereal to absorb the liquid.
