2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

Here is how you make Simple Squash Bake:

Saute onion, garlic and squash using a small amount of cooking spray and a splash of water. As the vegetables are cooking, add the salt, ground sage, freshly ground black pepper and ground cayenne pepper. Allow the onions to carmelize slightly, but do not cook squash completely. Allow any liquid to evaporate. Transfer hot vegetables to a small, non-greased cassarole dish. Mix 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream into veggies. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
