Here is how you make Vegetarian Crock Pot Baked Beans:

Soak beans overnight in plenty of cold water. Drain soaking water & discard. Cover beans with cold water and cook until near tender about 1 1/2 hours over low heat. Drain beans reserving 1/2 cup of water.Put beans and reserved water in crock pot. Add molasses, maple syrup, ketchup and both types of mustard. Add 1 Tbl. salt and stir well.Top with quartered onion.Cook on low heat (200 degrees) in crock pot for 6 hours or until soft.You can put beans in a 350 degree oven to brown for 30 minutes if desired.
