4 oz. can chopped Green Chiles, drained
1/3 cup chopped Onion
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp Olive oil


How Do I Make Skillet Black Beans?

Here is how you make Skillet Black Beans:

Heat Olive oil in skillet, over med heat. Add onion, & saute approx 3 mins. add garlic, saute another 3 minutes. Add green chiles, ccok, stirring freq., until well heated, about 4 minutes. add beans, & mix all together. Cook for approx 6-7 minutes, stirring freq. Do not overcook, or they will be to dry.
