2 1/2 c hot milk

Here is how you make Grandma Duncan's Enriched White Bread:

Place in mixing bowl milk, butter, sugar and salt. Mix 10 mins. After 10 mins. add enough flour to let it come clean around mixer. Let it raise until it comes out of mixer. Weigh in 1 1/2 lbs. and put into greased pans. Let it raise to about 1" above top of pans. Bake at 350* for 40 mins.Note: Grandma used shortening instead of butter and she just used regular flour.
