Here is how you make Panned Corn Bread:

Heat oil in cast iron skillet in 400 degree oven.In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and corn meal. Add eggs, milk and honey. Beat with wire whisk or electric mixer, just until smooth. (Do not overbeat). Pour heated oil into batter and stir to combine. Pour batter into heated skillet. Bake 20 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
