How Do I Make Amy's Garlic Bread?

Here is how you make Amy's Garlic Bread:

Melt butter slowly with minced garlic, salt, pepper and the parsley (optional) in small pan. Let the garlic infuse the butter. Place bread on aluminum foil large enough to wrap bread in. Cut 6 slices into top of loaf and then deepen them into pockets without cutting all the way through the crust of the bread (to make 8 portions). Pour the butter/garlic infusion in each pocket. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in oven at 325 for 10-15 minutes until bread is heated through. Let bread sit for a few minutes and then cut through into 8 equal portions. I ate something really similiar made from ciabatta bread while at a little Italian place in London. It was the best garlic bread I ever ate. This is just a healthier version.
