200 ml plain Greek yogurt
1 small Carrot grated
1/2 Courgette (or zucchini) grated
1/2 Bell peppers
1 medium Onions chopped
1 medium Chilli (optional)
1 tsp Cayenne pepper**
1 tsp Garam Marsala
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1tsp Ginger grated
1/2 Himalayan Salt
1.5 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Bicarbonate soda
50g Pumpkin seeds


How Do I Make Gluten free Maize Bread?

Here is how you make Gluten free Maize Bread:

Preheat oven to 200?C and grease a rimmed baking loaf tin with cooking spray; set aside.Mix all vegetables (chopped onions, bell peppers, chilli, grated courgette, carrots, & ginger) with spices with melted coconut oil. Then add dry ingredients to the mix vegetable and spices. Finally add the yogurt and bicarbonate soda and mix ingredients well until it resembles a soft dough. If too hard add a little water (about 2 tbsp) to mix. Pour mixture into the greased pan and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds to garnish on top before placing in into the centre rack of the oven.
