Sprinkle oats & wheat germ in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. For cooking in regular oven: Warm milk to luke warm add brown sugar & yeast, stir in flour. Cover & leave overnight in warm place.Add toasted grains & remaining flour. Set in a warm place and allow to rise to double. Punch down, shape loaf & allow to rise to double again. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.For bread machine: add ingredients in order recommended by machine.
