1.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1.5 tsp Salt

combine 1 1/3 C WARM water and honey in a mixing bowl. stir honey until combined. Next add yeast, give a quick stir, and set aside for 10 minutes.While the yeast is activating combine flours Once the yeast has set for 10 min stir in olive oil.next stir in salt, then flour adding half then stirring, then adding the rest of the flour.Let it mix for a bit then add in oats. Knead the bread for 5 minutes in a stand mixer, 10 minutes by hand. Next cover and let bread rise for 90 minutes or until doubled.Then punch dough down and knead by hand turning over on its self 7 times.Next coat a 9x5 loaf pan with PAM, shape dough into a loaf & place in pan.Let dough rise until 1-2" above pan.preheat oven to 375* place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.Remove from oven and let cool 15 minutes before slicing.Serving Size: makes 12 slicesNumber of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user HAT_WRIGHT.
