Heat flour in microwave for 45 seconds. Mix in salt and Yeast. Make a well in flour mix and add honey, applesauce, eggs and 4 cups of hot water. Mix well. Leave spoon in bowl and let rise in warm place for 15 minutes. Mix again and let rise another 15 minutes. Mix again and pour into greased loaf pans. Let rise last time.
